He has worked in practically every corner of the world.

With over 25 years of experience in the offshore oil & gas industry, Monique van der Palm has made her mark. She is also founder and managing director of M Restart. M Restart specializes in recruitment and project support for the oil & gas, renewable energy and maritime industry. For XPRTHUB, Monique is a crucial link in finding and employing the right people for the job.
Jos van der Horst
Consultancy
Jos van der Horst has worked in the offshore industry for over 40 years. After 33 years of working for Heerema Marine Contractors as captain, superintendent and senior vice president asset management, he started his own company: Jos van der Horst Offshore Installation Ventures. He supported TenneT with the preparation and installation of HelWin1, BorWin2, SylWin1, DolWin3 (T&I phase completed in October 2017).
